Logistics & delivery

So your booth arrives safely – organize delivery, storage and shipping in good time.

Delivery

Parcels and shipments are not accepted by Mary Jane Berlin. Book the courier service in the Messe Berlin shop.

Storage

If you need to store material in advance, a paid storage option is available.

Delivery services

External shipping companies must register in advance.

Step 03

Booth use – from build-up to teardown

What you need to consider when using your booth.

Booth build-up

All booths must be fully set up by the end of the build-up period. Exact times to follow.

Booth teardown

Teardown may only begin after the official close of the show. Exact times to follow.

Waste disposal

Exhibitors are required to dispose of their waste daily.

Tech & electricity

Each booth requires a separate electricity booking in the Messe Berlin shop.

Advertising materials

Distributing advertising material is only permitted at your own booth.

Music & volume

Loud music and microphone systems are not permitted; exceptions only with approval.

Step 04

Rules & Safety

So everything runs safely and smoothly: what's allowed – and what isn't.

Allowed
  • Decorations & advertising materials that comply with fire safety regulations
  • Certified cannabis products (for medical providers with approval)
  • Electrical devices & displays in line with safety regulations
  • Advertising & branding displays (booth walls, banners, LED screens)
  • Sampling stations for CBD oils & cosmetics (not for on-site consumption)
Not allowed
  • Illegal substances & unapproved cannabis products
  • Weapons & dangerous objects (knives, tear gas, fireworks)
  • Open flames, gas cylinders & flammable liquids without approval
  • Unapproved music or speaker systems
  • Drones or remote-controlled aircraft without special approval
