Warehousing: If you need to store material in advance, a paid storage option is available.

General information on using the stand
From assembly to dismantling — here's what you need to consider:
Booth Setup
All stands must be fully assembled by 10pm June 18, 2025.
Stand Dismantling
Dismantling must not start before June 22, 6pm.
Garbage Disposal
Exhibitors are required to dispose of their trash on a daily basis.
Technology & electricity
Each stand requires a separate electricity booking in the exhibition portal.
Promotional Materials
The distribution of advertising material is only allowed at your own stand.
Music & Volume
Loud music and microphone systems are NOT allowed.
General Prohibitions & Safety Guidelines
To ensure a safe and smooth process, the following prohibited objects & materials apply at the trade fair:

Decorations & promotional materials that comply with fire safety regulations
Certified cannabis products (with approval from medical providers)
Electrical devices & displays that comply with safety regulations
Advertising & branding displays (exhibition walls, banners, LED screens — in compliance with safety regulations)
Sample stations for CBD oils & cosmetic products (unless intended for direct local consumption)
DONTs
Illegal substances, unapproved cannabis products
Weapons & dangerous objects (knives, irritant gas, fireworks)
Open flames, gas bottles & flammable liquids without approval
Unapproved music or speaker systems
Drones or remote-controlled flying objects without special permission

Prices depend on stand size, location & equipment. A complete price list can be found on the exhibition portal.

How do I become an exhibitor?

Until when can I register?
Registration deadline is April 30, 2025, after which only remaining places will be available.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Changes are possible until May 15, 2025. Cancellations are subject to fees. Details can be found in the terms of participation.
What is included in my stand?

Yes! You can upgrade your stand with your own branding, banners, and special equipment. Please follow the guidelines for stand design!

Are there any requirements for stand construction?
Yes! All stands must comply with trade fair guidelines (e.g. maximum height, fire safety requirements).

Are there parking facilities for exhibitors?
Yes! Parking spaces must be booked in advance via the exhibition portal.Messe-Portal gebucht werden.
Which items are prohibited at the fair?
❌ Illegal substances & unapproved cannabis products
❌ Weapons, Pyrotechnics & Dangerous Items
❌ Open flames or unapproved electrical appliances

Can I use music or microphones at my stand?
Yes, but only with prior approval. Loud sound is not allowed!
How does waste disposal work?
• Garbage bags must be left in the aisle every day after the exhibition closes.
• Bulky waste & larger waste must be disposed of separately.

I can't be there all weekend — can I book staff?
Yes! There is an official exhibition staffing service where you can book stand personnel for advice, sales or promotion.
Can I make B2B appointments in advance?
Yes! With our B2B matching tool, you can arrange meetings with other exhibitors, investors & retailers even before the trade fair.
Are there fire safety regulations for stands?
Yes! Each stand must:
✅ Use non-combustible materials
✅ Have fire extinguishers ready (for certain stand sizes)
✅ Keep emergency exits and escape routes clear
Are there fixed opening times for exhibitors?
Yes, exhibitors have access to the hall from 8:00 a.m. — visitors only arrive after 11:00 a.m.
Is there an access regulation for vans?
Yes, an access permit must be applied for for larger vans (over 3.5 t).
Is there a maximum standing height or restrictions on structures?
Yes, the maximum height for stands is 3.50 m. Higher structures must be approved in advance.
Can I set up my stand myself or do I need a stand builder?
• Small stands can be set up by yourself.
• Larger or individually designed stands usually require a professional exhibition builder.
Is there a maximum power output per stand?
Yes, the standard power supply is sufficient for standard exhibition stands. If you use large displays, refrigerators, or machines, you should book additional electricity.
Can I have goods sent to the trade fair in advance?
Yes, but only from June 11, 2025. Prior storage is only possible upon request.
